Many thanks to Glenn Rice and davekc for the responses. I just feel that there are companies with much heavier traffic lanes and freight in the southeast than others. Those are the companies I wanted to know about. After 30+ yrs in the trucking industry, I'm aware of the fact that some recruiters will promise you the world and then give you a rock from a mountaintop in Utah. Just thought some of the older pro expediters could just come out and say---Company X and company Z are bigger and better in your area than others. When it comes to me interviewing companies, I have a couple of problems. I trust and get along with EVERYBODY. Have a great day guys.

If you are out there trucking now, ask some of the expediters you see in truckstops ect. Most would be willing to give you some idea as to how they are doing. I think it will be difficult to find a carrier that only does runs in the southeast. Most will run anything east of the Mississippi River.
