Talk to an accountant before buying

There have been discussions about whether to buy new or used trucks . One thing never mentioned was buying new will be a big bonus at tax time . A good accountant familiar with the trucking industry can really be a big help in starting up and making a maximum profit .

Both new and used can be a tax deduction.
To have a tax deduction you must have an income from which to deduct.
Based on some recent posts, just generating the income could be a problem.

DaveKC is right on with this one. Talk to the Accountant. It is possible to do a lot of tax deducting that you may never think of or know about. I also agree with him about the income. Get all the advice you can and have all your ducks in a row and a real big batch of spare feed. CUZ times will get tough
