    Answering quick when a load is offered with a fast No Way to the rate offered could be a loss for your business.

    This past week reminded me of this when an agent called with what sounding like a poor load but as he kept talking and I realized he was talking about two loads all of the sudden the loads became very profitable.

    I totally agree with you! Take the load cause the next load may pay good to great to the truck. You also never know where the next load will take you. The next load could be the homerun or grand slam load that yove been looking/needing. Always help dispatch out/take care of them cause they can make you or break you, LOL.
