Also greg I stood by and kept my mouth shut and did what I was told and watched Washington make mistake after mistake after mistake. From the Downsizing of the military to listening to the cries from the troops that there wasnt no armor in the vechiles becasue of a Presidents cut the fat slogan and cut the military to give America a surplus of monie but cutting the spare parts and funding to just about nill nothing.
In other words for a long time had to do somthing with nothing or use our own Personal moneys to pass inspections. Ect Oh yes Greg it happend. Also during that time I watched the Top Brass be Yes men to the President let ole Bin Lauden slip out the back door.
Then when that Happened OOPS well Ya know lets get Sadam. For what to save face for loosing the prime objective of 911 yup.

You want to return to a marginal military because the command in chief has absolutely no military experience and that his advisers and handlers HATE the military?
The issue with the armor on the Hummers is not a new one but many people don’t get what the process is to get the equipment, you just don’t run down to your neighborhood surplus store and buy armor or place an order with Jim Bobs armor emporium – learn how things are done and why. You do know this issue was the same in WW2 and Korea and even in Vietnam when the M16s that were issued were defective and a lot of people were wounded or killed over 8 cents of parts. PUT it in perspective of what is going on before placing blame on anyone.
AND speaking of this, you do know that there is always a problem with non-traditional warfare. I know what other may consider a dumb comment but the truth is until we actually fight in an environment, we can not know what is needed or what is not. Baring the problem with the armor on the hummers, there were a lot of other issues we have solved.
What about cutting the spare parts and what surplus?

The worst of the two is Obama, his proposals read something out of an Orwell or Huxley book. He has the rhetoric of an angry Marxist who hates the country and he and his handlers are using race, the guilt of people and other underhanded methods to maintain a lack of open discussion in the mainstream about his position and ideology.

If you want change go run for congress and be an independent but you are going to find out the hard way that things will change for the worst if Obama get into office.
Maybe you need to start reading some of lenin’s and trosky’s work and move onto some of the national socialist writings to see the parallels between the modern day democrat party and the Fascist, which that party leans towards.
