To get Petro and TA to change their shower policy for Expediters. They get over 25 gallons of fuel but less than 50 gallons. You need to let them know how much the facilties are utilized during the yr by giving them the following information: 1) Number of times stopped at the facility, 2) Amount of money spent on meals at the facility, 3) and how much fuel was purchased during those stops. And if you have utilized the shop facility for any maintenance work. In order to give them an idea of the amount of money that is spent by the individual Expediters and in this way we can hopefully will be able to only pay 1/2 price for the showers. If everyone teams up and shows them the amount of money that we Expediters actually spend then we may be able to get them to change policy like the Flying J has done. They may be contacted through their websites

I guess I'm not familiar with Flying J's policy (we very seldom go there 'cause we don't like to pay more 'cause we pay with a credit card), But that was also a gripe with us back when we had the cube van. Never mind that we often bought $100 worth of fuel in a day, just not at one time.

We did have one favorite stop in OH that would give us a shower with any fill up, and guess what? We always stopped there to fuel and eat every chance we got.

There is an idea for you, guys. If you are coming to the same city every day, join some club in a convenient location. Fitness center for example. They have long working hours, and for a small monthly payment you can exercise, relax, and have your showers. :)
Just a thought...
