MAYBE, if parents SAT with their kids, while they did their home work, you know, took an ACTIVE role in their kids education, which IS a parents responsibility, our nations kids would be doing better. Things like NO TV while doing homework. 100% supervision of computer use while doing homework. (and all other times too) ETC..
