I was wondering if anyone else has had issues with the driver rating system at panther? It seems that if you turn a load down your acceptance goes dramatically down.I have been droped as much as 15% for one load being turned down and after I accept a load the percentage climbs back up very slowly.I feel the calculating system needs a tweak to make it more accurate.
Example your offered 100 loads for the week and you turn down 20 you would still be at 80%.I take pride in my ratings and try the best I can to keep them up,but I cant bankrupt myself to keep them.
I would like to here from others on this topic

Good thing to ask I'm going to ask that Monday in class at Panther. Our drivers that went to class last week seemed very happy and can't wait to get on the road for Panther. We had 6 drivers in class last week and they was all happy with the change.

Ya gotta know Bruno that orientation is like one big hip hip hurrah cherrleader session and get most drivers biting at the bit to get out there.... kinda like an Amway meeting...*LOL*

The % is based on a moving average so a single refusal can have minimal effect one time and a large effect another time. It is an important number to keep track of, not so much in light of loads turned down but of loads turned down that are not a refusal and still incorrectly marked as a refusal. Dispatch has a BIG problem with marking things refusal that are not because of the 8 hour rule or pay rate offered yet even if you are on the phone and you say to the dispatcher well since that's over 8 hours and won't count as a refusal I'll pass and the dispatcher replies back no, it won't be a refusal it somehow still becomes a refusal and you drop to the bottom of the board and perhaps miss a legitimate offer.
