Dr. Rand Paul is seeking the Senate seat being vacated by Republican Jim Bunning in 2010. Given that he is running on the GOP ticket and has a marquis name, his chances for victory seem pretty good. Obama carried only 8 of 120 counties in Kentucky just eight or nine months ago. With the Democrats' popularity falling, Rand Paul might just ride a conservative wave into the Senate soon.

Yes I see "change" coming for Obama next year.....Losing control of the Senate or the house...hopefully both.....that should squash the healthcare bill to bits....I guess thats why he pushed so hard to cram it thru....he knows what is about to happen...

I mentioned Rand Paul running in another post last week, i believe he and his dads ideals are the same, more of a Constitutionalist then a Conservative GOP elitist....he will be a good member, hopefully be able to get somethings done right....
And yes Ken, you are right, barry and the dems are working at break neck speed to get as much of his socialist/fascist agenda done and in place before the 2010 elections, they knows there will be a power shift again as the people see him for what he is

Chef.....As much as I taunt you and Layout and some others, I am not totally unaware of whats happening to traditional American values.
