Public Auctions?

Any of you buy your Cargo Max, Cube Van or Sprinters at auction? If so how did it work out?
Looking at few auctions in Ohio and there are a few Vans , but not too
often Sprinters or Cubes.

Someone got a hell of a deal on a sprinter up here last friday. 3600 bucks. ran/drove. Long/high 2500 with 260K on it.

My current van came from a salvage auction. Paid 500 for it. Light front end hit. Fixed it with a grill and fender (hid the rest).

You won't find too many Cargo Max vans at PUBLIC auctions yet...you will see used ones on some lots, most i have seen have been DRW 12,300 gvw, but they are coming into the used market, most as off lease units...
