PrePass Discount on FedEx Forum

I couldn't post a reply on the FedEx Forum, I guess because I don't have privileges in that forum.

Anyway, isn't the OOIDA discount for PrePass cheaper than what FedEx may have been giving you? I thought it was $13.50 with OOIDA.

(I'm a member and have PrePass but I keep forgetting to check the discount out as an OOIDA member).
