Posting a Load?

Where does one "post" a load for pick up, etc.? Either on this site or others. I've tried expediteloads.com, but only received one phone call and their trucks not all enough.

Thanks!

are you a broker?

Not a broker. I own a company that needs to have a load of custom cabinetry moved from MN to FL in July. Like 1400 cubes, under 8000#

I am hoping to find a 26' + air-ride straight truck to do the deed.

Most expediters probably would not be able to commit to a load that far in advance.

Look in the Classified Ads here on EO under Business Opportunities. I have seen several Owner/Operators who have trucks available for freight opportunities.

You may want to list an ad there yourself.

Are these cabinets going to be well packed for shipping?
Or are you looking for a carrier to blanket wrap them?

They are all cartoned -- no blankets required.
Dock height pick-up -- no loading by driver, all done by load personell.
No dock @ site, but people to off load.
Best suited for a 110" height x 93" wide box.

I will try other suggestions as well.

most expedite trucks have barn doors and are 102 max ht& 97 wide -sounds like he needs a tt to do the deed. 26ft box would give you how big a sleeper?
