Panther drivers, another question please

For a D unit that is paid $1.20 a mile, under what circumstances if any would you be paid less that $1.20 a mile?

There may be an occassion that they offer you a van load at a reduced rate. It may pay only $1.10 per mile. Secondly, if you do a brokered load it is at the rate you agree to with that broker. Either way it is your choice as to whether you accept it or decline.
