Need some advise here. I have a 2003 Cat 3126 and I need to have a overhead ran on it. I have had one 3126 that after about 20k miles after the valves were adjusted I "sucked" #1 exhaust value. My dad had the same thing happen to him. I have heard many many other stories about the same problem. Finding a good shop is as hard as getting loads out of Tulsa (HA HA). I live in southern Ohio, close to Cincinnati, can anyone recommend a good shop they swear by that close to me.

Why are you having the valves adjusted at 20,000 miles? It is usually done after the first 100,000.
It sounds like they were adjusted incorrectly based on your limited information.
I would take your engine related issues to a CAT specific engine dealer, rather than a truck dealership.
Go to their website and there is several in sothern Ohio.
