? on temp of cat c10

I just bought a 02 International 9200I with a Cat c10....What do you think the water temp should be at? It runs about 185 up to 209 then the fan kicks in then comes back to about 185...Is that right? I'm pretty new to the trucking stuff so sorry if this is a dumb ?.

yes, that sounds to be about right for a cat, even though that can be adjusted via the ecm. this truck wouldnt happen to be celery green, including the box, is it?
