It's going up everywhere and kinda strange. Economy is doing good, would think more pumping oil and prices would have fallen.
Some sectors of the economy are growing.
However, price of the fuel is dependent on more than just economic growth:
1. Security of the oil exploration/procurement of cheap crude.
2. Turmoil in the region of major oil producers.
3. Safety of the transport routes for said commodity.
4. Strong currency upon which the commodity is traded on the market.
5. Ability to turn commodity into usable products efficiently.

Hence is the outcome:
1. "Food-for-oil programs", and kickbacks from "democratizing" Middle East are running dry.
2. ISIS debacle in the oil rich countries.
3. Ever increasing cost of guarding oil tankers in dangerous waters and guarding pipelines.
4. Fall of US Dollar (DollarSign ) on the world market due to China, India, Russia, Iran and some BRICS countries trading in national currencies /gold.
5. Slowdowns (closings, reopenings) of refineries due to weather patterns, cost of operations or in lieu of competition from 3rd world countries.

Possible malfunction?
The gate infront of the garbage truck is fully down.
The others are half up or half down or possibly stuck.

Look at gates there are sticks propping the gates up, I’m still trying to figure out how they did that.

Simple...
Vehicle came to RR with gates down. No train in sight. They prepped the gate with sticks to drive under, 'cause driving around is beyond their brains?
Whoala...

Yeah but can the gates just be lifted up? Or would they have to catch them on the way down to block them.

The way the crossings around here are set up there is no way to go around the gates, way to many impatient morons here in South Florida.
