Obama's queer view of marriage

Today we hear the Obama administration has decided it will no longer defend the Defense Of Marriage Act (DOMA) signed into law approximately 15 years ago. The federal law known as DOMA defines marriage as being between one man and one woman. Moral confusion has its home in the Democrat Party. This assault on marriage and traditional family structure comes as no surprise given Obama's love affair with the homosexual lobby. What could possibly motivate any US president to actively undermine society's basic building block?

Has Obama decided his government will enforce and defend only those laws which please him? 2012 cannot get here soon enough.

1st I didn't realize that our Constitution gave the President, and barry for that matter the ability to decide which laws were "Constitutional and or un-Constitutional...for some reason I always thought that was something that was part of the Supreme Courts duties....

Now that being said, all barry is doing is "pandering for votes" for his base...nothing more....:rolleyes:

The O'bama administration has screwed up everything he and his old lady have touched since his name was first brought up. I used to respect the office but not even that anymore. :mad:

This is an Impeachable Offense.

He is not upholding the constitution or the laws of the country. He is failing to follow through on his oath of office hence can face a trail in congress for impeachment.

Holder can also be removed by an act of congress and at this point this needs to be done asap.

The problem right now is we do not have anyone in congress that has the balls to bring it up and force the issue.
