Having duly considered such I find that Dr. Eowyn's conclusion is flawed because he failed to consider the actual meaning of the relevant definitions as contained and defined in the applicable law.
I further find that rather than being Editor of "The Fellowship of the Minds" the good doctor should instead be the Editor of "The Fellowship of Deranged Minds" since it is clearly more applicable in his particular case ...
Of course, the freepers over in moronville immediately picked up on the good doctors delusions and took the ball and ran with it.
