I work around a bunch of Hinos, and was wondering if the newer Nexiq 3 can reflash older Hino trucks, I saw an old thread saying only certain devices can perform the reflash without brinking the ecu on K-line (Link1/denso) due to lack of proper connection. Currently using Dx3 and Nexiq3 for diagnostic. If I just need a usb link 1, that fine but any help or work around would be appreciated.

The Nexiq 3/ DX3 combo should work on any Hino 2005-on.
