Well I question the Muslim part of Obama, however his wife's speeches, comments and position on many issues have really thrown a light on her and the cartoon does depict her accurately.

I always thought of the New Yorker as the rag for the elite.

It's fairly well established that in spite of his muslim name and upbringing in his early youth, it can not be proved that Barack Hussein Obama is a true muslim. It's my understanding that he still hasn't produced his birth certificate to confirm his citizenship. We've all heard the stories that he went by "Barry" throughout his teen years and converted to his Islamic given name after he started college; assuming that's true, what kind of statement was he making at that point in time? Could it be that he was declaring his pride in his muslim heritage and his sympathy toward muslim beliefs? Taking that logic forward, would he be a muslim sympathizer if elected to the highest office in the land? How dedicated would he be in the fight against Islamo-fascists and Middle-eastern terrorists? He's already said he would sit down with the president of Iran unconditionally. How effective would he be in holding this madman in check? The New Yorker may have meant this to be a satirical swipe at conservatives, but it appears to have backfired on them by invoking the law of unintended consequences as a result of the unusual amount of press coverage it received.

By George, you're right! There it is on Google - another rumor dispelled. I always thought his campaign was too astute to overlook a minor detail like confirmable American citizenship.
