New Mirror design..

Good story.
Id be intrested in getting one as a bolt on or posiably as r replacement for the spot mirror. Hopefuly he can get into the after market parts.

That is a very cool mirror. Hopefully the numbskull bureaucrats will make it legal sooner rather than later.

I don't understands, if you do not make the mirror bigger, then you either see less items reflecting BIG in the mirror, or you see more items way smaller in the mirror reflection .
that's why they have the warning on the far side mirror.
that's also why in large trucks converse side mirrors are a hazard at high speed of travel. that Pontiac, while still appear, becomes real small real fast & EZ to be ignored.
i do like the reintroduction of disco balls into car design.

I saw something similar to this at 4 states in joplin. It mounted on the bottom of door mirror. Very slick and should definately be approved for use.

Sometimes I wonder how many people really LOOK at the 'blind spot' before changing lanes. Yes, we turn our heads, but that's a part of the routine, [like flipping on the signal] and after seeing nothing the last 10,000 times - well, you know the saying about 'doing what you've always done & expecting it to turn out different'? Do we expect to see anything the 10,001st time?
