Wow. I read this and felt so guilty for that load we picked up two weeks ago and I forgot (aka "failed") to clean up after the last load. I was embarrassed. Thanks layout for reminding me of the importance of having a nice appearance in every possible way imaginable. With that in mind, I might even take a shower (next week)! :-DThat is also why we always wear a CLEAN uniform when with a customer. Even if it is NOT a White Glove load. A clean neat appearance is VERY important. So is a clean truck, inside the cargo box or out. No matter how bad the weather the cargo area should always be neat, clean and ready to load.
