It is an awesome truck, you won't be disappointed if that is the route you go. We have friends that have had one in service for 2 years and would not drive anything else.

I have a couple of observation. Do you really want a steel truck, or an aluminum 387. Pete isn't that great on service or hours of operation. Can you get better service at Freightliner? I know they have liberal hours anywhere.
You have more engine choices at W.S., including the MBE 4000- a great proven motor in Europe. At Pete you have M11 or C11 (C13).
I would still buy the Pete short hood (112) and premium length sleeper-probably 75 real inches.
P.S. unless unpublished option, the 387 only comes as a tandem.
