The last part of that article illustrates an increasingly obvious fact - Congressman Murtha simply doesn't understand what's going on in Iraq and is oblivious to the fundamental beliefs of these Islamo-fascist radicals. Wake up John! These crazies want to kill anyone who is not one of them. They have already attacked us on our own soil (twice) - there is no more flagrant act of war. They attacked us repeatedly during the Clinton years and he did nothing about it. Attacking our embassies was bad enough, but attacking one of our warships (the Cole) and not getting a decisive military response was the key factor that signaled to Bin Laden and the Muslim radicals that they could get away with almost anything. Wonder what would have happened if they had attacked an Israli warship?
The fact that Murtha served in the Marines and fought in Vietnam does not inoculate him from being critisized for the cowardly, defeatist position he now promotes. He is obviously not the same person he was forty years ago. Today he displays a dangerous naivete that makes one wonder if he is simply incompetent.

Murtha is a fully indoctrinated liberal. Whatever courage and intelligence he may have had 40 years ago is totally washed away now. He is about as useful at teats on a boar hog as they say in places where they know about his kind.
