Hi,
I keep looking for the introductions area, and i hate to admit but i cant find it
. I figure this is the right area.
With the recent economic downturn I have decided to diversify my customer base and move away from working with the USPS only and have signing up with fedex custom critical.
The first truck with a solo driver is currently in the first week of driving with them and so far I must say I am strugling to figure out their lanes but we are making money on the truck so so far so good. Not a ton but in this economy, making money and expanding is good enough.
I am looking for soaking up as much info as possible and any help and references are deeply apreciated.
I am currently working with a potential team for my second truck and I was hoping I could get in touch with existing teams who are willing to share some of their time and wisdom with me.
