Watch this and you'll never play the lottery again, especially when you find out where the revenue actually goes.

Well, rules are rules so 7 seconds late isn't valid. Then again, there may be a lag between purchase and printing which means it was purchased on time and is valid. Then again part two, if the system isn't programmed to shut down all transactions to the second a ticket printed 7 seconds late is arguably a valid ticket since the system went ahead and sold/printed it. So, the guy should get it to a jury. They'll award the money regardless.

The thing is, he bought 2 tickets, and one got printed out with this week's lottery drawing date on it, and the second one was for next week's lottery. The clerk said, "This one is for next week, do you still want it? If not I can cancel it." Dood said, "No, I'll take it." So he bought one for this week and one for next week, and knew it when he bought them. It was only after next week's ticket had this week's winning numbers that he complained about it. Do you think if that 7-seconds-late ticket ended up being next week's winner that he'd be pitching a fit because it should have been rung up on last week's drawing?
