looking 4 a d-unit!

I'm planning to buy a used d-unit around 30 or 40k with double bunk autoshift and with good fuel mileage to run with Fedex as a team. What trucks and engines would be good in a team operation.And are there expediter truck dealers other than the ones on this web site. Please Help

Everybody has an engine they like but I have found CAT to be best for me. I have run teams and solos in my trucks with the CAT engine and never had a problem. I have over 300000 on all of them. As for finding a truck. Call 513-772-7171 and ask for Jeff. Tell him what you want and he can find you a truck.raceman

Make sure you understand what kind of truck you are buying and that it is speced correctly for OTR operations.
Also, make sure you know exactly what the truck is worth. We have ran into many that paid way over what a truck was really worth.
Of course the usual, make sure you have it dyno tested and review maintanence records ect.
