They were. Their freight bills have xpo on them and everything. I asked a semi driver and he said the trucks should be getting changed over soon.

Wasn't it Roberts to Roadway to FEDEX ?
Roadway using a name like Caliber or something with a G ?

Anyone with Robert's 97-99 to confirm it was owned by Roadway, aka Caliber, using the Robert's name, prior to being bought by FedEx ?

Yeah, Roadway bought Roberts. They also started Roadway Package Systems (RPS) and bought some regional LTLs. Roadway, the LTL carrier was eventually spun off as a separate company and the remaining companies fell under the Caliber name. FedEx bought Caliber which included Roberts and RPS and re-branded them. Later Roadway merged with Yellow Freight to form YRC.
