Thursday evening pick in Columbus, IN, dropped in San Antonio last night. Wife's been really punchy the last week or so; decided to try two days of motel-room therapy. Seems to be helping

Good news was a sweet rate to come down. Now to figure a way out of here. Torn between El Paso and OKC.

San Antonio looks okay, except for gas lines and shortages. Lotsa Houstonians here; FEMA vouchers for motels accepted at this motel, and food stamps are acceptable for restaurant food until the end of the month. Everyone seems to be getting along, except for a few scuffles in the gas lines.

I am thinking, tho, that some of the dynamics in this industry will have to change for a while. Without Houston to take up the slack, it's gonna be a hard business case to go to Laredo without some MAJOR vig to deadhead out!

You can usually see Bison from 6-8 miles out...this was just a couple and the smoke is so hazy you can't even see the grain elevators.

WOM. Sorry to hear of your woes. Fire, smoke, didn't check oil ?

If you have trouble with your claim, contact Bruno.
The old timers will remember he's an expert on this issue.

You said you'd take another hurricane load. If the insurance pays, you may have to fight some high mileage units for it.

Progressive insurance ?
