It seems on the heels of a state department report that says 12 million people worldwide are slaves, we still can't understand that we look like fools and idiots by fighting our states and the people wanting to close the borders.
Beside an invasion, there is a human trafficking system on the border, some are sold into slavery while others are slaves by the laws. The former we should fight with everything and those who claim to demand reparations for our past should be leading the fight but the latter we should fight through enforcing our laws.
As many of the experts pointed out, it isn't the Middle East that has the most abuses but right here on our border.
