international 7600 Ac problems

I drive a mixer for a ready mix company, and it's an international 7600. In the early morning when I first start my truck, the air will blow cold for about 10 seconds, then it resumes to as if there's an ac setting that got switched off, and it's miserable, I have to roll down my window and spray myself down after each job to just stay cool.

If it blows AC cold and not just cool from outside air, it is a stuck expansion valve or the high pressure switch is bad.

My 06 4300 would do that when the Freon got low, but after a while the computer would turn on the check ac light in the dash and shut off the power to the compressor, wonder if the compressor is cycling ?
