If you haven't checked your statement for this week, do it to see if they charged you the correct amount for the non-trucking/ physical damage. Mine was waaaay wrong and I hear that many other trucks are affected.
I called it in and they are working on it.
Make sure yours is correct.

Mine is with Shelly Benisch at CIS, right every time and less too.

Just a clarification, Baldwin & Lyons charged the correct amount, but FedEx messed something up and charged me more than they should.
BTW, looks like FedEx is still working on it. Haven't heard anything back from them.
