Insulation in cargo vans

I want to put insulation inside my Sprinter to keep the heat in, and I'd like to know what others have done to save me money on trial and error.

What kind of insulation works best?
How do you get it to stay in place on the metal roof?
Some mornings my roof has condensation on it that has formed overnight.
Will this water buildup cause problems with the insulation?
Is there a way to insulate the walls in back that have that corrugated
plastic covering?
Is there a way to insulate in front above the seats?

Thanks for your help---

Aren't you the same person who replied to the other thread about insulating vans? That was good info. Why aren’t you following your own advice and/or the advice Terry gave the group on the best cost effective way to insulate a van?

Reflectix radiant barrier material and aluminum tape. Get them both at Home Depot or Lowes and make the inside of your van look like one of the Apollo lunar modules.

Used tuff"R" and then put paneling over it. Ceiling and walls.Easy to do and easy to clean.

I removed the panels and insulated with white fiberglass insulation with no vapor barrier and re-installed the panels. I insulated the overhead with reflectex two sided tape and a few self drilling screws in the roof supports. Still trying to figure out what to use on the slider. The Reflectex is great to work with. I'll have to thank Froscomike to that one
