Im interested to hear feed back on your opinion , now you can do cardio and not have to get out the vehicle lol. I put my foot in the pic so you can see the size of the peddle unit has timer and adjustable resistance.

We are drivers..We need to get out the trucks ;)
For the input..I think there isnt enought room in the truck for more equipt but keep in mind Im not a cardo kinda guy. Someone into this it could be a good idea.
What is it some sort of training device for bike riders?

Got one to use during those long high security runs when we can't leave the truck.

Review:

Pros -
Inexpensive
Lightweight
Small and easy to store
Can get decent light cardio workout in 20 to 30 minutes if you are out of shape

Cons -
It gets difficult to keep it stationary if you increase either the speed or resistance.
I secure mine but it is still difficult to increase speed with such a small radius

Conclusion: Good for beginners to get acclimated to light cardio and can be done while truck is in motion. (and someone else is driving). ;)
