They dragged 12 innocent bystanders minding their own business into court, and forced to them to listen to listen to the legal stuff in this suit. Oh the horror of it all . The jurrors should be allowed to sue, both companies ,the judge attorneys and anyone else they could find involved in this case .

I like the article, it points out the stupidity and major encumbrances we put on the market place by allowing patents for such small things. No one should be able to go in and just steal their OS but a patent on edge to edge glass is just ridiculous.
