How do I make a sticky

I am putting together a very detailed post with lots of photos on a how to for fuel injectors and valve setup and I would like this post to stay fresh and easily found. How do I go about doing this. Or, what dose it take to keep a truck maintenance blog on E.O.?

You could start a thread every month on your chosen subject and it would serve as a running blog, if you want to do that, but only Admin can approve stickies and [actual] blogs.
