Seems such contracts should NEVER be entered into.

Though I am no longer on the road .... have I mentioned lately how much I appreciated Landstar Express America?

X2.. I don't work hard I work smart. I thought I had a bad year short of what I wanted to gross for the year by about 14K. Then I thought about the time I took off during the year and come to find out that I did good considering that fact

10 days in Fl in Jan BCO day and helping someone move to Fl

10 Vacation in Fl with 2 18 year old girls one a niece and her friend All-star weekend made it a vacation.

14 days including 8 in Cabo San Lucas Mx fishing trip.

Next year will be tougher. BCO day Jan, Jul All star weekend with 4 girls this year, Nov a 10 day long range fishing trip out of San Diego plus a week in Hawaii also in July. Might as well take all of july off. Might even take a second long range fishing trip of 8 days in june.

That's what I like about Landstar they allow this with no advance notice, you work when you want and take time off when you want.
