Hino Cab over condenser fan not working

Hello,

I'm looking for guidance for a Hino cab over truck. The truck has a issue with the a/c system. The a/c compressor comes on and off. It has 12V supply. The condenser fan has 12V coming to it with the a/c and truck running. I tried testing it with a new a/c condenser fan and it doesn't work either. Does the system have like a high pressure switch I can check? And if so, where is it located? I saw some kind of sensor going into the line near the condenser fan. Is that the switch? Attached picture of the fan.

If you've got 12v at the fan, then it's a ground issue. There are multiple grounds at the front of the left frame rail. One is likely damaged.

sorry forgot to reply. Yes I did. it was actually the relay. The fan would come on for only a little bit and it would turn off. Replaced both relays at the fuse box and it fixed the issue.
