The fuel water seperator should be drained maybe once per month and when parking at the end of the season.
The water should settle to the bottom. You only drain out water droplets, not fuel.
If you’re getting good fuel, maybe only a thimble full at a time. So little that it won’t need repriming.
Do it the first day you fuel each month or some other routine time. When you check oil. That way you start it up and drive it away.
