High quality fleet

Is this a new part of custom critical, are just a play with wording.I got a e-mail and a letter from my old recruiter asking if i would be interested in returning back and he mention a high quality fleet and was wondering if this is anything special.So far i'm not that interested unless there is something that i can gain from it that is better that what i have now.

I guess the "powers that be" want us to be on the same level as our great administration..."we can change"....I think our customers thought we were doing pretty good without all this change.
