Somebody got a big fat commission and the fines dont matter to companys that gross Zillions, This is no different then KBR getting NO BID contracts, or the many hundreds of other LOBBY/POWER BROKER inspired deals, you shake my hand I grease your palm....anybody think that Morals or Legality plays into DOD Contracts is living in fantasy land...
