Not saying that I agree with all these Complaints that have been brought against this Officer, nor will I ever defend this officer for the wrong-doings he's committed while "Off Duty".......but after reading about this town he's been hired to protect, Opa-Locka Florida, I'd pretty much agree that he is also a "Victim" of his enviroment.
Ever see the movie "Escape From New York" with Kurt Russell? The way this Opa-Locka has been described in this article above, the "Golden Triangle" area, I'd pretty much say it's a Law-Less town, and this officer has been doing what it takes to at least enforce Law in some sort of fashion.
But again, he really shouldn't be an officer with this type of "ONGOING" problems, Period. The Complaints that have been brought against him by the "Criminals".......Screw 'Em. The "Personal" trouble he's caused over the years is enough Justification to me to agree with stripping him of his Police Officer status permanently.
