Is it true that the dispatcer can help me find freight insurance and can I used regular Insurance to start
Minimum insurance for this job is $1 million liability and $250,000 cargo. Depending on credit rating, driving history, vehicle type, age, etc...some no fault states with immaculate credit/driving record is still $11,000 per year. (FL/NJ for example) Mine is about $5700 per year, great credit, driving record and state of Ohio.

If you use personal insurance, and haul freight then you are improperly insured and if you are in an accident, will probably be in jail, in debt and bankrupt.

So for some, you’re just back where you started.

What to do to get proof of coverage on a clam

I don't know if The General could.... but i would imagine The Gordon's Fisherman could provide it....BUT....not really sure how "proof of clam insurance would help with a claim (clam) involving expediting!

(Sorry... just couldn't help myself)
