Vacation baby!!!
Get to go watch the rugrats for 7 days at a Disney resort.
I can't lie I love the grand buddies in doses thats whats cool about being papa as I can be a selfish douche and would probably enjoy Cancun with my toes in the sand and a little brown person being at my beck and call.
I am really looking forward to being a part of a child's fantasy and a permanent fixture in "their mind of memories that last forever"..
Little long on the tongue but I am really starting to look forward to "not being an expediter for 10 days".
I never got to see Disney as a kid and feel lucky to not only enjoy it as an adult but see it through the eyes of some special people so in closing I hope all have a great EOM and catch ya in October.

Glad you are going to do this, but not to be a party pooper - when I was there for a conference, it was rather disneyised and expensive. Later on my wife and I took a disney cruise which I enjoyed more than my multiple visits to the parks - mainly because the kids were better behaved on the cruise. I did enjoy epcot by the way.

I get asked this a lot and got to say it here - why would a single couple want to take a cruise that is setup for kids? Well my wife has never been on water and the only way I could convince her to go on any cruise was to explain that disney would never ever let one of their cruse ships sink because it would be bad pr for the company. Good enough for her.

Have a safe and wonderful time.

We were on the Magic, took a real ship tour (which means going places that are truly off limits) through the girl who made the arrangements for the conferences - when you spend $500K for each one, you have a little pull on what you can ask for.

I was impressed at the entire operations and could not believe the amount of food on board - you feed a city on just what was tossed.

Well enjoy.
