This quote from Thomas Jefferson nd taken from the article speaks load and clear as to te intent of the founders when they wrote our Constitution.....

"On every question of construction (of the Constitution), carry ourselves back to the time when the Constitution was adopted, recollect the spirit manifested in the debates, and instead of trying what meaning may be squeezed out of the text, or invented against it, conform to the probable one in which it was passed."

And that takes in ALL of the issues that the libs want to debate, not just 2A, our government for 2 long as ignored the PROBABLE when looking at whats constitutional and the actions they take against the people of our country....Again, Thank you Leo.....
