Getting Started Question

Hi all,

I’m a new class B driver with no experience that has been trying to get into expediting for a few months.

Ever expediting company I have contact, has told me I need 6 to 12 months experience to qualify as a driver.

QUESSTION:???

If I was to go to work for a courier such as Velocity Express would it be considered experience to an expediting company?

I hear that they don’t pay well, but it may be a way to get started.

try the classifieds on here, there are owners that are looking for drivers that would be willing to train someone, you just have to find the best fit you and them, be patient, things are extremly slooooow!!!! right now

as long as you are in a strt trk that should be fine. i was in a school bus for 18 months.

annem at bolt found me a great owner to start with in expediting.
