Getting a new truck, I need help!

Okay I'm getting a truck in Ohio and need to register it with Minnesota. I'm going to be driving for Panther. Now, do I have to figure out how to file my IRP in Minnesota or does panther provide that? Do I just need to register the truck, pay the sales tax? I'm good at most things but this is confusing the hell out of me. Thanks everyone.

at first 33k, but as soon as I can I'm putting on a pusher axle so that would jump it to 53k so should I just start with 53k or wait?

I may be wrong about this, but IRP locations can or should be found on your states web site. I understood and know this must be wrong that every state has one location to setup the account and the other locations for renewal.

Now the other thing I also may be wong is that you need to pay some IRS tax and have a 2290 form stamped. Becuase I am under 33K, I didn't but the lady in Lansing decided to mess with me anyway and ask for my 2290.

oh I forgot, in my great state I had to have insurance, a title or application for title with odometer readings. It was a big mess I went through to get my permit.
