They have a forms section listed.

http://www.ooida.com

You can join OOIDA and they will help you with your insurance. I think it is $35.00. However, I must warn you I have, myself, attempted to contact them regarding tow insurance and it has been next to impossible to get a hold of someone to talk with.

In addition, if you lease on with a company many of them may offer some sort of insurance carrier. I know FedexCC, Conway, Tri-State do.

thank you mc bride.
at this time i hae given up on obtaining my own insurance, and am going to use the company insurance where i'll be leasing.

the dmv websight for georgia has only phone #'s for the irp office.
I was hoping someone had a clear coppy of irp forms they would be willing to e-mail to me. I'll keep trying.

thanks again

Getting your IRP the first time around can be tricky. I had to change my OK IRP to a NY, and I know what you mean about the 652 complicated forms you can't comprehend. There are agents out there who can do this for you. I used Continental Transportation Services http://www.continentaltrans.com/ to do the work for my NY IRP, they do them for all states. I'll guarantee GA is easier than NY, every state is. Agent fee was $175 (well worth it as far as I am concerned). Very nice and easy to work with people. Hope this helps.
