The nearest town to me for gas\diesel is Mt Grove Mo. Gas has gone from $3.39 to $3.84 in three days. My rigs are diesel which so far has stayed at $3.69

Memorial day weekend coming.
The Memorial Day Holiday is the traditional start of the Summer driving season. Usually, we've had a march upwards since January in gas prices, this year has been a bit unusual that way in that nationwide gas prices have actually dropped most of that time. We're in the last couple of weeks before the holiday so expect prices to climb.
Here in the Chicago area, prices have been an abomination for the last several weeks, heavy rains and flooding were blamed for the price increase here.

It's up to $3.95 now for gas thats been in the ground for a week or more.On the radio this morning it was said because two refineries are closed for maintenance.
