Had a door problem... inside handle wouldn't work drivers side, but when you rolled the window down and back up it would pop it open. Not good when you are going thru the chicken coops. Went to Frtliner in Little Rock. I knew what was wrong there is a 25 cent clip that holds the arm to the handle. It was my driving shift (me being female) walked into service to get it fixed. (Could fix it myself but you know how door panel screws like to break.) The guy behind the service counter asked me what I needed, so I told him. He told me that it was a minium 4 hr job. I said "WHAT" to take a door panel off and replace a clip. He started making all kinds of excuses. I told him I was born at night but not last night and I do not have SUCKER tatooed to my forhead. Needless to say I didn't get it fixed and I did call Frtliner to complain. Got It fixed at Frtliner in Sioux City Iowa nice people. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up.

Iowa must be the place for customer service! Davenport International is the best International dealer I've been to yet. Cable holding the air tank snapped... $53 installed. I told him I'm not used to repair bills being less than $150.
