Congress is a joke. So is "Mr. Environment", you know, Littla Barry. He will likely get a Nobel prize for his "environmental" work.

The ONLY way ANYTHING is going to get done is for a group of people to go to Chicago and close those locks. Render them inoperable, for good.

If you are waiting for this government or president to do anything you will be very ticked off. They are going to do NOTHING! They are PLANNING to do NOTHING.
